Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. Any work we agree to deliver will be scoped and confirmed in a written Statement of Work.
Fees and payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms for each project are set out in the Statement of Work. Ownership of deliverables transfers on full payment.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of your brand assets, content and accounts. On full payment, you also own the deliverables we produce for you — code, copy, designs, systems.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement stays confidential. We may reference our work publicly only in general terms unless you agree to a specific case study.
Liability
We take our craft seriously and back it with careful process, but our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
